1. License Terms
- •One-time license fee based on number of users
- •License includes 1 year of support and updates
- •License permits installation on your infrastructure only
- •Non-transferable to other organizations or systems
2. Installation and Setup
- •XGPT Enterprise will be installed on your designated servers
- •Setup completed within one business day
- •Initial configuration based on your requirements
- •Integration with your existing authentication systems
3. Support and Updates
- •1 year of technical support included with license
- •Support provided through your designated channels
- •Security updates delivered as local packages
- •Optional support renewal after first year
4. Usage Restrictions
- •Usage limited to licensed number of users
- •No redistribution or resale of the software
- •No reverse engineering or modification of core systems
- •Usage must comply with applicable laws and regulations
5. Data Ownership
- •All data processed remains your property
- •XGPT has no access to your data
- •You control all data retention and deletion
- •You are responsible for data backup and security
6. Warranty and Guarantee
- •1-year warranty on software functionality
- •Guaranteed response times for critical issues
- •Performance guarantees as per license agreement
- •Support for your specific deployment environment
7. Termination
- •Software remains functional after support period
- •No data lockout upon support expiration
- •Optional renewal of support and updates
- •Right to continue using installed version indefinitely
